Last night the Minnesota Lynx defeated the Tulsa Shock in a highly entertaining game that saw the presence Sylvia Fowles will bring Minnesota, some fantastic three-point celebrations from Maya Moore, and a valiant 35-point effort from Riquana Williams.

Those two teams aren’t in action again today, but the rest of the league is. So we’re here with a helpful guide for this WNBA Super Sunday.

Seattle Storm at New York Liberty, 3:00 PM EST (NBA TV)

The Storm and Liberty have had seasons on opposite sides of the spectrum, as the Storm sit in second to last place in the West, while the Liberty are atop the East. Today they’ll meet on a special afternoon in Madison Square Garden as the Liberty induct Becky Hammon into their Ring of Honor.

Phoenix Mercury at Atlanta Dream, 3:00 PM EST (Live Access)

Since Brittney Griner has returned, the Mercury have looked the dominant team everyone expected them to be–even without Diana Taurasi. Griner is looking like early 2000s Shaq, a dominant force on both sides of the court. Seriously, she’s averaging 4.4 blocks a game!

As for the Dream, things haven’t been going so well for them this season. Angel McCoughtry is super fun to watch, and she’s putting up 20 points a night (third in the league), but it just isn’t enough and Atlanta remains in last place in the East. This afternoon they’ll be rocking pink jerseys for their “Dream Pink” day, which is pretty cool.

Los Angeles Sparks at San Antonio Stars, 4:30 PM EST (Live Access)

These two teams are a combined 10-27 on the season, but their campaigns are far from over. San Antonio is still hanging on to the fourth and final playoff spot in the West, while the Sparks are just a game and a half behind. Now that the Sparks have Candace Parker back, they’re going to be tough to hold off.

Don’t be fooled by the poor records, though. There are still plenty of fun players to watch on both sides, including Parker, Nneka Ogwumike, and Jantel Lavender for the Sparks, while the Stars boast Kayla McBride and Danielle Robinson.

Connecticut Sun at Indiana Fever, 6:00 PM EST (Live Access)

Indiana is 7-3 in their last 10, while Connecticut is 3-7 in their last 10. Now they find themselves just a game apart in the Eastern Conference standings, with the Fever holding a slight lead for the fourth and final playoff spot.  Tamika Catchings and Alex Bentley are sure to put on a show in what should be a fierce matchup. With only 34 games on the schedule, each one means a lot, especially with a potential playoff spot on the line.

The Sun are ready.

I’m sure Tamika and the Fever will be too.

Washington Mystics at Chicago Sky, 6:00 PM EST (Live Access)

Like the Sun and the Fever, the Mystics and the Sky find themselves just a game apart in the bunched up East. The Mystics have won five in a row to vault themselves into second place in the East, and a win tonight coupled with a Liberty loss could put them in first place.

The Sky and Elena Delle Donne are also in the hunt for that top seed in the East, and getting Erika de Souza from the Dream should help them big time. Sylvia Fowles wasn’t playing anyway, so losing her doesn’t hurt.

Emma Meesseman is having a breakout season for the Mystics, while of course EDD is the show to watch for Chicago. This is definitely going to be a game worth checking out this evening.
