If there’s one thing we know about Lakers guard Nick Young, it’s that he’s engaged to semi-famous rapper Iggy Azalea. But if there are two things we know about Lakers guard Nick Young, it’s that he’s engaged to Iggy Azalea, and that he’s also intentionally left his right arm tattoo-free, because that arm serves one purpose only. That purpose? Getting buckets, of course. Back in August of 2014, he unleashed this legendary tweet proving that this was the case:

Swaggy P has his fair share of tats, none of which previously resided on his shooting arm. Fair enough! Gotta keep that shooting arm clear of artsy distractions, you know.

However, nearly one year removed from firmly establishing his position on shooting-arm tattoos, we now see that Nick has relented on his once-hard stance. He has, in fact, tattooed his previously-sacred, buckets-getting right arm. Swaggy appeared in a Drew League game on Sunday, revealing his new tattoo for the first time in public:

Whoa! Nick didn’t hold back with his inaugural right arm tat, as we can clearly see there that he opted for the always-questionable face tattoo. Upon closer inspection, it seems as though Swaggy has gotten Tupac’s face tattooed onto his forearm:

Young didn’t enjoy a particularly productive campaign for the Lakers last season, connecting on a paltry 36.6% of his shot attempts in only 42 games. 2014-15 was easily the worst shooting season of Swaggy’s eight-year career. So maybe Nick felt cursed by his previous tattoo declaration and is trying to change things up a bit. We can only hope that the addition of Tupac to his previously-untouched shooting arm will help Nick to a resurgent season.

We should probably talk about that hair, though.
