When NBA players get big contracts it isn’t that uncommon to see some interesting purchases. From ATM’s in kitchens to Marquis Daniels chain of his own head, there always seems to be something extravagant and unique that comes with lots of money. Jimmy Butler got paid this offseason, and as anyone with a love of fish, music and a lot of money would decided to get a giant boombox themed fish tank for his new home.

According to the Chicago  Tribune, Butler contacted the guys from “Tanked” a show on the Animal Planet to make his tank which stands nine-feet tall and ten-feet wide and holds 600 gallons of water. Since Butler loves the Bulls so much, he also put in 50 fish, one for each of the years the franchise has been around, and a Jordan’s tuskfish (which doesn’t look as cool as it sounds) to honor Michael Jordan.

The most important detail resides in what the tank does though. Per the Tribune:

"The aquarium has a custom bubbler to make it look like it’s a boombox equalizer, but the feature Butler seemed to enjoy the most is the wireless speaker system on top so music can filter through the tank.“My fish gonna be bumpin’ here,” Butler said."

So yes, Jimmy Butler’s fish will be listening to a steady diet of country music and Taylor Swift.  As all rich people’s fish should.
