Aaron Gordon is a pretty good NBA player. Just that fact alone makes it easy to believe that throughout his entire high school career Gordon dominated poor kids unlucky enough to get matched up with him.

Aaron Gordon is also a great dunker in the NBA. Which makes it easy to believe that Aaron Gordon has put a ton of people on posters throughout his life, especially in high school. As he prepares for the NBA Dunk Contest on Saturday night, Gordon went back and wrote a letter to his first poster victim for Bleacher Report.

The entire letter is pretty good but the best part of the post is the pictures of Gordon. It sometimes gets forgotten that even NBA players don’t always look like NBA players, and a super skinny Gordon is a reminder of that.

That said, Gordon did deliver some extra pain with the opening paragraph of his letter.

"I can’t remember your name, but I want to apologize to you for dunking on you so viciously. Not because I didn‘t mean to but because you couldn‘t do anything to stop it."

Savage.
