Rejoice! Be glad! The first major(ish) trade of the 2015-16 NBA season is upon us.

The Orlando Magic are sending Tobias Harris to the Detroit Pistons in exchange for Brandon Jennings and Ersan Ilyasova. Michael Scotto of Sheridan Hoops first reported the talks, and then both ESPN’s Chris Broussard and NBA.com’s David Aldridge confirmed the deal was happening.

There is a time and a place to evaluate this trade using fancy statistics and serious hot takes. But now is not that time, and this is not that place.

Instead, the Friendly Bounce gives you reactionary gifs.

We start with the Magic, who essentially flipped Harris, a 23-year-old everyday contributor, for the the expiring contract of Jennings and Ilyasova, whose salary for 2016-17 salary is non-guaranteed. Appropriate reactions to this decision include, but are not limited to, the following:

With that out of the way, we now go live to Pistons coach and president Stan Van Gundy:

Harris, for the record, is super excited about going to Detroit:

What’s that? Playoffs you say?

Congratulations to Harris, who now has a chance to reach the postseason for the first time of his career but also hopefully knows the Pistons aren’t technically in the Eastern Conference’s playoff picture just yet.
