Ryan Kelly just won a preseason game for the Los Angeles Lakers by dunking a game winner. Yes, that actually happened. This also happened to be right after he threw a horrible inbounds pass, turning the ball over, and allowing the Portland Trail Blazers to hit a 3-pointer to the tie the game. Not a bad redemption, huh?

If there’s been a better “Welcome back basketball” moment than this one then I haven’t seen it, because Ryan Kelly dunking a game winner just doesn’t sound plausible. It doesn’t matter that I saw this happen live. It doesn’t matter that there’s a vine playing a loop of it over and over again above this paragraph. It is completely unbelievable that Ryan Kelly of all people was able to do this. Metta World Peace, who hasn’t even been in the NBA for awhile, dunking this would have been more believable. Ryan Kelly. Seriously!
